LG Electronics Inc. said on Monday that it will unveil a smart sleep care solution “Breeze” at CES 2023 on Jan. 5.
Breeze is a wireless earphone that detects brain waves and plays sleep sounds. It also analyzes and controls sleep data. LG will launch the product in markets during the first half of this year.
It assists users in falling asleep, while evaluating and controlling their sleep conditions in real time.
The ear set records sleeping postures and tossing during sleep, as well as sleep and wake times. It also tracks daily steps the user takes so as to provide customized best sleep solutions.
The earphone has about 80 built-in sounds such as lullabies and brain wave-synchronized sounds, which create deep-sleep brain waves or enable a switch into a certain sleep condition.
The equipment was developed by LG’s in-house venture SleepWave Company.
