  • I am not a member yet. What can I do as a non-member?

    A non-member without a free membership can read up to 5 articles a month. If you want to read more articles, please join KED Global here.

  • If I go back and read an article I’ve already read, will that count toward my monthly limit?

    Even if you read the article you have already read, it will not be counted again toward your monthly limit.

  • What are the membership options?
    You can check the membership options here.
  • How do I sign in?

    Click “SIGN IN” button on the top right corner of our homepage under the KED Global header, and simply enter your email and password. If you are registered with your Twitter or Facebook ID, you can also sign in by clicking “Sign in with Twitter” or “Sign in with Facebook.”

  • How do I sign in with Twitter or Facebook?
    Signing in options with Twitter or Facebook will be available soon.
  • I forgot my email address that I used when joining KED Global.

    Please contact us in case you forgot the email address that you used for registration, and write your name, country, company, and email address so we can contact you. We will reply back to you if there is a match in our record.

  • I forgot my password.

    In case you forgot your password, you can reset it after getting a temporary password. Click here and enter your email address that you used for registration. A temporary password will be sent to your email, and you can sign in with the temporary password. Do not forget that you have to set a new, permanent password after signing in.

  • How do I update my personal details?

    You can update your personal details on “MYPAGE.” After signing into KED Global, you can find “MYPAGE” in the top right corner of the homepage under the homepage header.

  • How do I change my email address?

    You can change your email address on “MYPAGE.” Enter a new email address that you wish to use to sign in, and click “SAVE CHANGES.”

  • How do I change password?

    Password can be changed on “MYPAGE.” Enter your current password and new password, and click “SAVE CHANGES.”

  • Where can I check the detail of my membership status?

    You can check your membership status on “MYPAGE.” You can also check your payment details or upgrade to a premium membership.

  • I didn't receive the email for my account verification.

    If you haven’t received the verification email to set up your account, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't see the email, contact us and report the problem. Please include the email address that you used for joining KED Global. 

  • I am a member, but I still see my number of articles are limited.
    Some information is only available for member+ and premium members. You can check membership and access options here. And you can also upgrade your membership here.
