Click “SIGN IN” button on the top right corner of our homepage under the KED Global header, and simply enter your email and password. If you are registered with your Twitter or Facebook ID, you can also sign in by clicking “Sign in with Twitter” or “Sign in with Facebook.”

Please contact us in case you forgot the email address that you used for registration, and write your name, country, company, and email address so we can contact you. We will reply back to you if there is a match in our record.
In case you forgot your password, you can reset it after getting a temporary password. Click here and enter your email address that you used for registration. A temporary password will be sent to your email, and you can sign in with the temporary password. Do not forget that you have to set a new, permanent password after signing in.
You can update your personal details on “MYPAGE.” After signing into KED Global, you can find “MYPAGE” in the top right corner of the homepage under the homepage header.
You can change your email address on “MYPAGE.” Enter a new email address that you wish to use to sign in, and click “SAVE CHANGES.”
Password can be changed on “MYPAGE.” Enter your current password and new password, and click “SAVE CHANGES.”
You can check your membership status on “MYPAGE.” You can also check your payment details or upgrade to a premium membership.
If you haven’t received the verification email to set up your account, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't see the email, contact us and report the problem. Please include the email address that you used for joining KED Global.
