Ken serves as president and CEO of Churchill Asset Management, an investment specialist of Nuveen. His previous roles leading middle market financing include president and director of Carlyle GMS Finance, founder, president and CEO of Churchill Financial, head of leveraged finance for Royal Bank of Canada, and head of Indosuez Capital. Ken also helped to found high yield finance businesses at Chase Securities (now JP Morgan) and SBC Warburg (now UBS). Ken graduated with a B.S., magna cum laude, in Business Administration from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
