Girl group Blackpink's Rose released her single “APT.” in collaboration with global pop star Bruno Mars on Friday, her agency The Black Label said.
The Black Label announced the duet the day before by posting a photo of Rose and Bruno Mars on its official social networking service (SNS).
Rose premiered the song ahead of the release of her first studio album “rosie”, on Dec. 6.
She wrote all 12 songs on the album, which tells a candid and intimate story of her life.
In 2021, Rose released her solo song “On The Ground,” which debuted at No. 70 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
She joined The Black Label in June, signing with world-renowned record label Atlantic Records in preparation for a domestic and international career.
Bruno Mars is an accomplished singer who has won a total of 15 Grammy Awards.
He has had several No. 1 hits on the Billboard Hot 100, including “Just the Way You Are” and “Grenade.”
