South Korea's LG CNS Co. signed an agreement with Seoul National University's Department of Industrial Engineering on Tuesday to develop talent in digital transformation (DX).
The partnership will introduce courses in the master's program focused on mathematical optimization to address challenges in the semiconductors, automotive, and energy industries.
The curriculum will also cover artificial intelligence (AI), big data analysis, production systems, and consulting.
Starting in 2025, LG CNS will fully cover tuition fees for master's students and provide a monthly research stipend.
The company will offer internship opportunities and guarantee employment for graduates.
