South Korea's LG CNS, the information technology service subsidiary of LG Group, launched a crowd research platform Quinoa and initiated its services, the company said on Tuesday.
Quinoa is a mobile-friendly crowd-research platform that enables users to create and distribute surveys, and anyone can register as a member to use the platform free of charge. In crowd research, a large number of people gather to ask and answer each other's questions.
The platform is available for download on both the Android Play Store and iOS App Store.
LG CNS intends to enhance its business-to-consumer services by incorporating a 'group panel' feature on Quinoa, accessible only to those who fulfill specific conditions such as jobs and hobbies.
