South Korea’s Liner, an artificial intelligence search platform startup, on Thursday announced the release of Liner Copilot, an extension for Samsung Internet Browser.
Liner Copilot is an interactive search service developed from Liner AI, a search function launched by the company using generative AI technologies like OpenAI’s GPT-4 and large language model, and integrating user databases from 160 countries.
Liner Copilot is also a GPT service usable with Samsung apps. While browsing on the mobile web, it can be used to highlight important content, summarize key parts of a page, explain long sentences more easily and translate into other languages.
Installing the extension on the Samsung browser, which comes pre-installed on Galaxy smartphones, makes the Liner Copilot easy and convenient to use.
“We will keep updating the service to produce optimal results that meet our goals by using the search and content consumption records of 10 million Liner users,” Liner CEO Kim Jinu said.
