Tous les Jours to open five stores in Cambodia

Tous les Jours, the bakery brand under South Korea's CJ Foodville, announced on Monday that CJ Foodville signed a master franchise (MF) agreement with the global restaurant franchise operating firm EFG to open five new stores in Cambodia by the end of this year.

In 2011, CJ Foodville entered the Cambodian market. Under the MF agreement, the company aims to boost its local brand power.

EFG manages over 100 dining brand outlets across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, known for its substantial local infrastructure.

With EFG, Tour les Jour has opened its first and second stores in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The first is located near the Royal University of Phnom Penh and the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia, targeting the academic community.

The second store is near a traditional market, a hotspot for locals and tourists.

Reflecting a modern cafe-style bakery concept, each new location offers an assortment of over 400 types of bread, catering to a diverse palate.

This reentry into Cambodia is part of a broader strategy by CJ Foodville to accelerate its growth in the Southeast Asian market.

Tous Les Jours operates over 400 stores in seven countries, including the US, Canada, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
