South Korea’s Ilhwa Co. on Friday that its flagship barley carbonated beverage McCOL will be exported to the Republic of South Africa.
The company has signed a contract with a local firm Trilion Cart to supply 200,000 cans of McCOL. This is the first export deal with the African nation.
Launched in 1982, McCOL is a renowned and long-standing beverage brand in Korea, distinguished by its use of domestic barley.
The brand has been already exported to several countries including the US, Japan, Russia, and Australia.
