Samsung, Trek Bicycle launch Ultra Riding Challenge

Samsung Electronics Co. said on Tuesday that it launched the Ultra Riding Challenge in collaboration with global bicycle brand Trek Bicycle, offering an opportunity to experience its new product Galaxy Watch Ultra. 

The Ultra Riding Challenge is an event where participants can wear the Galaxy Watch Ultra while test-riding Trek Bicycle's latest aero road bike Madone Gen 8. 

Participants can experience various AI-powered exercise coaching features of the Galaxy Watch Ultra.

After four minutes of cycling, the watch measures the functional threshold power (FTP), an indicator of exercise intensity.

Users can try out the personalized heart rate zone feature, which analyzes cardiovascular capacity and suggests optimized exercise intensity.

The event will be held at 18 Trek Bicycle stores nationwide from August 13 to September 13, with no prior reservations required.
