LG Electronics Inc. said on Thursday that it will participate in Frieze New York, one of the world's three major contemporary art fairs, from May 17 to 21 to showcase its OLED TVs and non-fungible token (NFT) art.
LG Electronics collaborated with the renowned digital artist "Six N. Five," the pseudonym of Ezequiel Pini, an award-winning Argentinian designer and digital artist who is famous for creating works that transcend the boundaries between the virtual world and reality, utilizing the latest technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and 3D rendering.
The artist will present his new digital art series Among the Sky which realistically reproduces a surreal world on LG OLED TVs.
"As an artist, it is most important to work on the best digital canvas," Pini said in a statement. "LG OLED TV provides an immersive and overwhelming viewing experience with its bright screen, accurate color, and infinite contrast."
