South Korea's Green Cross Holdings Corp. (GC) said on Tuesday it established its generative AI standard platform Hey.GC.
Hey.GC is designed to improve work efficiency through internal data analysis, external resource searches, and a standardized platform structure.
Along with the platform, a chatbot service integrating generative AI for work applications has also been launched. This service includes a My AI feature, allowing employees to easily create their customized chatbots for workplace use.
GC expects this platform to contribute to future growth by continuously enhancing the generative AI platform, updating features, and expanding services.
GC implemented Brain X GPT, a chatbot solution developed by the domestic AI specialist In4U&Company, to boost security and stability.
This system ensures that internal information is protected from external intrusions.
