Amorepacific's Aestura to enter Japanese market

South Korean beauty and cosmetics giant Amorepacific Corp. announced on Wednesday that its derma cosmetic brand Aestura will enter the Japanese market next month.

Aestura's key product, A-Cica 365 line's four products will be available in 12 branches of @cosme, Japan’s largest multi-beauty offline shop and platform.

A-Cica 365 line was introduced in the domestic market in Feb. last year. It has sold nearly 300,000 units and become a cornerstone product for Aestura.

The serum received a warm welcome during a preview event in Japan in June this year.

To mark the launch in Japan, Amorepacific will set up a special pop-up store at the Tokyo branch of @cosme from Sep.13 to 26. Visitors can expect a variety of perks like skin consultations and free product samples.

The introduction of Aestura in Japan adds to Amorepacific's expanding portfolio, which includes successful brands like Innisfree, Etude, Laneige, and Hera.

According to a company spokesperson, this move is a step towards increasing Amorepacific's presence in local markets and introducing Aestura to a wider global audience, with plans for future expansion into countries like Vietnam and China.
