Mastern Investment Management Co., South Korea's real estate investment firm, said an organizational restructuring on Friday.
The firm streamlined its development divisions, unifying them under the Development Investment Division to focus efforts on development-related projects.
The development segment is now split into two branches: the Development Management Operation division, responsible for managing project developments, and the Development Investment division, focused on deal sourcing and sales.
For investment management, the company plans to channel resources toward divisions and sectors with high potential for new fund launches next year.
The APAC Investment Strategy Division has been rebranded to Overseas Investment Strategy Division in its overseas operations.
The REITs division now comprises a dedicated portfolio team and investment management team.
"We aim to strengthen expertise in real estate operations and bolster compliance, enhancing both company and employee competitiveness to solidify our reputation as a trusted asset management firm," CEO Namkoong Hoon said.
