South Korea’s KB Asset Management Co. announced on Wednesday that it will change the name of its ETF brand from "KB Star" to "Rise."
The names of 109 ETFs listed by KB Asset Management will be changed across all channels, including the Korea Exchange and securities firms, starting today.
For example, the KB Star Money Market Active ETF will become the Rise Money Market Active ETF.
The "Rise" stands for "Tomorrow Rising, Investment Rising."
"Through new changes and innovations, we aim to become a more familiar and trusted retirement investment partner for investors," Kim Chan-young, head of the ETF business division said.
"We will provide customized investment plans to help investors enjoy a more prosperous and stable life after retirement."
