Kia Seltos

Kia Corp. said on Tuesday that it ranked first in the mass-market brand category in the customer experience index survey recently released by India's Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA).

FADA is a reputable organization in India, with around 15,000 dealer members, and it publishes various market data.

The Indian customer experience index survey, conducted for the first time this year, was based on responses from over 8,000 people across three areas: sales experience, service experience, and product experience.

Kia ranked first in two categories—sales experience and service experience—earning it the top overall position among the 12 mass-market brands.

In the sales experience category, Kia received high praise for customer test drives, the responsiveness of sales staff, and customer management. In the service experience category, it scored the highest such as vehicle repair and service center operations.

Since its initial entry into the Indian market in 2019, Kia has sold 1,046,037 units as of August this year.

The best-selling model is the Seltos, launched in August 2019, with its cumulative sales expected to surpass 500,000 units next month.
