South Korea’s second-largest automaker Kia Corp. said on Monday that it released The 2025 Sorento, an updated version of its best-selling mid-sized sports utility vehicle (SUV).

The 2025 Sorento was enhanced to increase its market competitiveness by expanding the inclusion of premium safety and convenience features preferred by customers.

New features such as haptic steering wheel warnings and LED lights in the sun visor are now standard across all trims.

The smart power tailgate is now standard starting from the entry-level Prestige trim.

Advanced convenience features previously optional, like Kia Digital Key 2, touch-type outside door handles, and a fingerprint authentication system, are now standard starting from the Signature trim.

The Digital Center Mirror (DCM), previously available only on the Signature trim, can now be selected on the lower Prestige and Noblesse trims, providing more options for customers.

Sorento was the best-selling vehicle in South Korea from January to July 2023, with 57,184 units sold, never losing the top spot in monthly sales.
