South Korea's NHN Corp. unveiled a new corporate identity (CI) on Thursday in celebration of its anniversary and announced that it would be uniformly applied across the entire group.

This is the first time NHN revamped its corporate CI since it separated from Naver and launched as an independent entity in 2013.

The new CI design was created with the participation of Kenya Hara, a designer well known for his role as the art director of Mujirushi Ryohin, or Muji.

NHN stated that the CI design embodies the future direction of creating infinite possibilities through multidimensional connections.

The company aimed to express a solid foundation that forms the basis of everything by incorporating an achromatic color scheme, rooted in the philosophy of simplicity and clarity.

Along with this overhaul, NHN applied new CI designs suited to the missions of each group company and launched a separate renewed website to explain the purpose and background of the redesign.

Celebrating its 11th anniversary this year, NHN plans to significantly improve its global competitiveness across all business sectors, with a particular focus on its gaming business, which has been the recent focus of its business capabilities.
