TikTok announced on Friday that it will hold its first-ever offline live concert, "TikTok Stage The Shout," in South Korea on the 9th of next month.

During the COVID-19 period, TikTok consistently presented portrait-mode live performances online through TikTok Stage, which could be enjoyed safely without the constraints of physical space. Various artists from both domestic and international music scenes took the stage.

TikTok's goal is to expand TikTok Stage offline, creating a space where more music fans can meet.

"We are pleased to introduce TikTok Stage, where K-pop artists and global music fans can meet both online and offline in Seoul. As a global entertainment platform that breaks down the barriers of borders and languages through music, TikTok will accelerate the global spread of K-content," said Ethan Liu, Head of Marketing for TikTok Northeast Asia.

For this concert, TikTok aims to provide a unique experience combining music, talk and games. Popular K-pop artists such as Ive, WEi, ONF and more are participating. The concert will also be broadcast live on TikTok Stage accounts within the TikTok app.

Before the concert, comment events and fan engagement activities will be held. Fans who are selected through a draw will receive invitations to the concert and artist merchandise, among other things.
