South Korean K-pop girl group NewJeans topped the US Billboard 200 chart with their second mini-album "Get Up," since its debut a year ago.

According to the latest chart revealed Wednesday, NewJeans is the second K-pop girl group to reach this milestone, following in the footsteps of global sensation Blackpink, marking a significant achievement in the K-pop industry.

The Billboard 200 ranks the most popular albums in the US every week, factoring in traditional album sales, streaming equivalent albums (SEA), and track equivalent albums (TEA).

In the US, "Get Up" sold an impressive 101,500 copies, complemented by SEA and TEA figures of 24,500 and 500.

In another groundbreaking achievement, NewJeans has charted three songs simultaneously on the Billboard Hot 100, a distinction previously only achieved by the internationally renowned K-pop boy group BTS.

New Jeans' pre-release track "Super Shy" jumped 16 places to the 48th spot, with "ETA" and "Cool With You" debuting at 81st and 93rd.

All six tracks from their mini-album, including the title track, charted on Billboard Global 200. "Super Shy" climbed two places from the previous week to No. 3, while "ETA" and "Cool With You" secured the 12th and 22nd spots. The songs "New Jeans," "ASAP," and "Get Up" also found spots on the chart, ranking at 25th, 33rd, and 57th respectively.
