Yanolja Cloud to develop real estate platform with SK Discovery

South Korea's Yanolja Cloud, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, announced on Tuesday its partnership with SK Discovery Co. to build a proptech system for small-sized businesses in the real estate market.
The collaboration aims to develop a platform based on real estate big data and establish a data network for commercial and residential spaces.
Yanolja plans to create a customer-centered environment that directly connects proptech suppliers and consumers to provide and use various services more easily.
Kim Jong-yoon, CEO of Yanolja Cloud, stated that they will lead the digital transformation of the residential market by combining Yanolja Cloud's spatial digital conversion technology with SK Discovery's real estate know-how and capabilities.
Jeon Gwang-hyun, SK Discovery CEO, added that the cooperative system will grow its capabilities as a proptech and platform operator in the living solution area, one of SK Discovery's four major business portfolios.
