SK C&C, a leading information technology service provider in South Korea, has announced a partnership with Naver Cloud to develop ultra-large artificial intelligence (AI) services for the Korean industry.

The two companies have signed a "Super Large-Scale AI-based B2B Business Expansion Cooperation Agreement" with the aim of creating customized services for domestic industries.

As part of the cooperation, Naver Cloud's next-generation super AI "HyperClova X" will be combined with SK C&C's 30 years of digital ITS business experience in financial, public and enterprise markets to develop AI services suitable for various sectors, including banking, securities, credit cards, insurance and lending.

One of the main objectives of the partnership is to automate call centers and develop customized super-sized AI service models for each financial segment. The companies plan to combine AI data platforms and financial systems to develop hybrid AI B2B services.

In addition, SK C&C and Naver Cloud will also cooperate in developing "Nocode" and "Locode" solutions, which will help develop apps and programs without or with minimal coding requirements. The companies plan to form a joint task force to find the best combination of code that can be applied to actual system development projects.

SK C&C will also establish a new "Chat GPT Biz Development Task Force" to support customers' AI-based business improvement. Through this partnership, Naver Cloud aims to support domestic companies' AI transformation by working closely with SK C&C.

SK C&C President Yoon Poong-young has promised to provide accurate and cost-effective ultra-large AI systems and services custom-tailored to all customer business sites.
